I was a classmate Duck's, class of 1975, we were always aquaintences . I worked In EMS on the west end of the county and worked and trained alot with Duck.
He was a good man who will be greatly missed. I extend my deepest sympathy to Ducks entire family.
Sincerely, Don&Barb Manty.
The Derocha family was a big part of my life, especially when I was a teenager. I have so many special memories of each member of the family. However, Pauly was my buddy. He was like a big brother to me. A true friend. If I had car trouble, I called and he would without fail reply, “where are you?” and he come to the rescue. I have way too many stories to write here. But I will always remember him fondly. Rest in peace, my friend. Until we meet again, Barbara Jean
I would like to express my sincere condolences to your family. Duck is in many of my favorite childhood memories. My dad would bring my brother and I to the Duck Stop on the weekend. My brother would “help” Duck cook and I would watch and get to hear stories about my dad and the R52 team. Going to see Duck at the Duck Stop was a highlight in my childhood and I am forever grateful for the memories he gave my brother and I.
